Can a gaming company charge me delivery fees?
No, all shipping and handling and/or administrative fees are the sole responsibility of said gaming company.
Will I have to provide any sensitive banking or personal information to the gaming company?
No, never provide your Social Security number or any banking or credit card information.
Why do I have to make a deposit to a bonded agent?
Because of stipulations within the “US PATRIOT ACT”.
The US PATRIOT ACT was signed into law by President George W. Bush with the mission of “Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism”.
** The title “PATRIOT ACT” has been attributed to Chris Cylke, a former staffer on the house judiciary committee.
Pursuant to the patriot act:
“Any award in excess of $100,000 and it’s receiver must be bonded, registered and insured by a judiciary license bonded agent.”
This is to verify did the receiver has not been convicted of money laundering, human or drug trafficking or linked to any terrorist group.
The registration is in order to deter any of the aforementioned crimes and terrorist acts.
How do I send my payment to the licensed bonded agent?
All payments must be sent via certified cashier’s check issued by a bank, also, via money order directly to the bonded agent.
